COMMISSION ANNOUNCES LATEST DOCUMENT ACCESS ROUTES

Update: Duplicate and Replacement Documents

In anticipation of only providing credentials, certificates, and permits through an online view and print process the following information is being provided.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Effective September 1, 2008, the Commission will discontinue the issuance of all duplicate and replacement documents and offer the option of printing them via the web free of charge.

Teacher credentialing documents will now be available through an online view and print process at the following link: https://teachercred.ctc.ca.gov/teachers/PersonalSearchProxy

Requests for duplicate or replacement documents must be received at the Commission office no later than August 15, 2008.
Applications for duplicate or replacement documents received after that date will be returned to sender.

 
Starting August 18^th the CTC Cashiering Unit will begin rejecting all incoming requests for Duplicates and Replacements.
